The Cavendish Project Collaboration System is used instead of the post, the fax machine or email to send and receive information (including tenders) relating to the contract or subcontract. Traditionally information was passed between all members of the team in the hope that everybody received the correct information and in a timely manner. This system routes all information through a central database located on the internet, thus enabling all project communications to be recorded, visible to everyone on the project and fully auditable. The Cavendish Project Collaboration System can accommodate most document types. Documents can be downloaded and securely uploaded in the case of tenders. There is no more ‘Project Chicken’ – team members can focus on ensuring that the project is running on time and to budget There is no more ‘Project Squirrel’ – Information is shared by all team members- there is full visibility of the project status at anytime, anywhere.
